3:00–4:00 PM. Arriving after 4:00 PM? Please call ahead so we can meet you.
Check-out
Before 10:00 AM. Guests not vacating on time may be charged up to one night’s room charge.
Minimum stay
Two nights. Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Irish Weekend) require three.
Rates
All rates are subject to New Jersey state and local sales tax. Rates apply to advance reservations only, may not apply to holidays, weekends, or conventions, and are subject to change without notice unless your reservation is secured by an advance deposit.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation; it is applied to the last day of your stay. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only — the balance is due in full at check-in. We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A credit card is required upon arrival; a minimal hold is placed on the card as a security deposit. There is a 3% fee for credit card transactions (4% for Discover).
Cancellations
A refund of your deposit is available only upon written cancellation no less than thirty days before your arrival date, subject to a 50% service charge. No refund for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival, and no refunds for early check-out, no-shows, or inclement weather. Refunds may not be applied to next-season reservations.
House rules
Minimum check-in age is 25 unless traveling with family. All guests staying or using the facilities must be registered — no unregistered guests on the property. Surf Song is a condo association property with strict no pets and no smoking policies. No skateboards, skates, or scooters; no bikes in rooms; no parking accommodations for oversized vehicles.
If you find any problem or damage with your unit at check-in, please tell the front desk right away so we can correct it. Damage found at departure is the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card on file.
