50% deposit required for confirmation.
This deposit is applied to the last day of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refund for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival.
A refund of your deposit is available ONLY upon written cancellation no less than thirty days in advance of arrival date, subject to a 50% service charge.
No refunds for early check-out or no-shows or inclement weather.
Refunds may not be applied to next season reservations.
Minimum check-in age is 25 unless traveling with family. Misrepresentation of age and number of guests voids reservation with no refund given. All guests staying and using the facilities of the Surf Song Beach Resort must be registered. No unregistered guests are permitted to be on the property. This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Al guests of the
Surf Song are subject to condo association rules including our strict NO PETS, NO SMOKING policies. All rules have been posted around the property by management.
If you find any problems or damage with the unit at check-in, please notify the front desk right away so that it can be corrected. We will not accept any reports of damage at the time of departure. Any damage that is found at departure is the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card on file.
PLEASE NOTE: A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL. THERE IS A 3% FEE (4% FOR DISCOVER CARD) FOR ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. WE WILL PLACE A MINIMAL HOLD ON THE CARD AS A SECURITY DEPOSIT TO COVER ANY ROOM DAMAGES OR LOSS.
